!! Belle and Sebastian on tour next month !!
One of my worries in leaving New York was that I wouldn't get to see all the shows I want to see living in a smaller city. Fortunately for me, Belle and Sebastian are starting off their February/March tour right here in Toronto! Tickets go on sale tomorrow, and I'm not finding out about it too late for once.
My list of bands I want to see is growing ever smaller after seeing Iris DeMent in New Hampshire last month. If only Kylie hadn't gotten breast cancer... Of course I wish her a speedy recovery, and not ouf of my selfish desire to see her perform, but for the sake of her health (and for the health of pop music in general). For now I am looking forward to seeing Belle and Sebastian with my true love. It will be nauseatingly sweet.
