!! Rat-Squirrel not really extinct !!
This cute little guy, called the "Laotian rock rat," was discovered last spring and the scientists who found him thought he was a new species, until now. It turns out that he is a rodent previously thought to be extinct. His re-discovery is especially exciting to the scientific community because he is so cute and can do tricks.
