Dolly Parton has written a cookbook called Dolly's Dixie Fixin's based on the recipes of her mother and mother-in-law, and also things she's eaten on her various tours. In the tome are recipes for pan-fried catfish, hush puppies, and banana pudding, all with that delicious Dolly touch. Sales go to benefit her Imagination Library program, which gives free books to little kids.
