!! Make your own Peeps! !!
It's almost that time of year when everybody buys those delightfully spongy little food products called Peeps. Whether anyone actually eats them is a mystery, but they add color and a certain festive spirit to the Easter holiday, and I think are objects of nostalgia for just about everyone. That may even be their true purpose, to be remembered rather than tasted.
Now you can make your own fresh Peeps with the special Peeps Maker, which is great for two reasons: They are softer than the ones that have been sitting in Walgreen's since Christmas, and you get to use a fun yellow device that might have been taken directly from the board game Mousetrap, which is another piece of our childhood. Oh my gosh. I think peeps are the most glorious candy to ever hit the face of the earth. They are simply scrumptious. I can't wait to make my own.

I bought this for my son and roomie as she loves eating Peeps and he loves making stuff. Well it SUCKS, bigtime. It makes cruddy flat non-fluffy peeps. It has all these parts that are only a holder. It is a waste of money.

woah. i did a candy exchange with someone in canda once and they sent me some peeps. i think i ate one, my boy ate the rest, they are one of the wierdest foods? ever.
