!! Immigrants protesting today !!
All over the U.S., legal and illegal immigrants have walked out of their jobs and taken to the street in an action with the goal of demonstrating how dependent the U.S. economy is on immigrant labor. Bush has reacted by making it known he is against a Spanish version of the National Anthem.
After the huge anti-war protest in New York on Saturday, it would appear to any outsider that our country is in a state of upheaval. It's too bad all of this didn't happen close to Pride.
