!! Covering up something ugly !!

I walked by the useless billboard bench today on Queen West and saw that it has been covered over with pieces of particle board and decorated with small flowerpots. In case you don't remember, this is what it looked like before:

And this is its new, rustic look:

I think it's quite an improvement. Maybe someone should cover up all the Toronto bus shelters as well.
