!! OMG, she's naked (and pregnant, on a rug): Britney Spears !!

These photos will never appear in Harper's Bazaar as originally intended because Britney Spears had them pulled at the last minute. I really can't imagine why, as I haven't seen a finger airbrushing job since those "candid" photos of Madonna at MisShapes last October.
