If you're looking for the most bootylicious butt in New York City, there is only one place to go: the office of Dr. George Lefkovits, specialist and inventor of the The Brazilian Butt Fill™. As far as I can tell, the procedure involves taking an already fat person and transferring some of the fat into their butt. As far as the Brazil connection, "Lefkovits" doesn't sound very South American to me, but maybe he summers there.
