I have breast implants that were inserted through an armpit incision...do your research first, otherwise you risk making yourself look like an idiot.

Actually breast implants are often put in through the armpit. It's called a transaxillary implant, and you can see lots of photos of them here: http://www.justbreastimplants.com/gallery/incision_transax.htm
Note how the photos look very similar to the one above.
And for the record, I do not read Perez Hilton. Not he nor anyone else can lay claim to a celebrity photo that can be readily found on the gossip forums.
