She's gone from looking vampiric to just plain dead to wonky-eyed crazy, but Jessica Simpson is still smiling. At least she doesn't have lipstick on her teeth, but she's looking seriously rough. Jessica had better take a nice, restful nap before she sends her dog through the x-ray machine again.
