Actually, his stage name is a combination of a name he has chosen taking part at an Ukranian comedy contest, Verka, and the real name of an old school classmate of his, whose last name was Serduk. And he is satirizing a Ukrainian peasant woman, not a Russian. The song is in Ukrainian, not Russian. Ukrainian isn’t Russian. Just saying.
