The paparazzi found Britney Spears squatting at a Target store putting on some lotion. I think it's a good look for her. This is one in a string of kooky media appearances, the most memorable one being where she talks in a valley girl accent about how nice Americans are.

When Britney talked sarcastically about Americans in a valley girl voice she tried to sound really witty and intelligent, but came across as the same idiot who cries in interviews and walks without shoes into public bathrooms.
