Meet Dancer, the world's smallest chihuahua (and perhaps the world's smallest living dog). He's only 4 inches tall, but has miles and miles of love. (Thanks to Kristen for the tip!)

To “smalldogisdumbdog”,
Your statement is simply not true. I’ve had dogs throughout my life that spanned from one end of the scale to the other in terms of size. I currently have a German shepherd who is extremely smart but years ago I had a Chihuahua who was by far smarter than some large and mid-sized dogs I’ve had. The Chihuahua knew numerous commands in addition to knowing the difference between her 8-10 toys. How a dog is trained through the different physical and psychological stages early on in its life is critical to its intelligence.
