!! RuPaul is ‘Starrbooty’ !!

I’ve been on a drag queen thing lately, so why not continue with this fabulous trailer?
RuPaul stars in the new film Starrbooty, in which a “supermodel goes undercover as a hooker to rescue her niece from an evil body parts broker.”
With a plot like that, and cameos by New York drag legend Lady Bunny and porn stars Michael Lucas [link NSFW] and Gus Mattox [link NSFW], it’s a star-studded, action-packed affair that surely won’t disappoint (okay, maybe it will, but the trailer is fierce!).
Starrbooty premieres at Outfest in L.A. this weekend! (via Oh La La)

  3. I was an extra in this new StarBooty. I was one of the cosmetic company executives. Don’t blink now!

  4. It was shown at the GLBT film festival in San Francisco last month.
    Eh.

  5. This Starrbooty is new – RuPaul made another film with the same or similar title years ago, but this Starrbooty is a brand new film. It actually World Premiered at NewFest in NYC in June and it also played in SF’s gay festival too – Outfest’s screening is the LA premiere.

  6. Starbooty isn’t new-it’s about 20 years old and reminded me when I saw it then of early John Waters.
