I'm surprised no one has posted caps of the scene from The Notebook. The bulge in the boxers is very healthy in size, and swings naturally when he walks. I guess it could be a prostethic aka snap-on, but since there was no reason to add that in either movie I'm inclined to think its all Ryan.

i think it's fake. sock or aussibum or something, he did have an interesting bulge in the movie the notebook, in the scene after the rain while they were kissing to get upstairs. plus, at the risk of name-dropping, i him once at LAX wearing really tight jeans, nothing "Notable" there...
