!! Larry Craig remains 'guilty' !!
The judge has ruled: Sen. Larry Craig will not be allowed to withdraw his guilty plea, which means that it will remain forever on record that he made sexual hand signals to a police officer underneath a bathroom stall divider. (via Queerty)
The Minnesota judge who made the verdict had this to say about Craig and his guilty plea:
“The defendant, a career politician with a college education, is of at least above-average intelligence,” Porter wrote. “He knew what he was saying, reading and signing.”
OH SNAP!
But does this mean that Craig will finally resign his Senate seat? After resigning then unresigning, pleading guilty then unpleading guilty, it's hard to say what the wily Senator will do next!
