La Tigresa del Oriente comes from Peru and brings with her all sorts of amazingness: leopard print, scantily clad dancing girls, old lady voice, and scary plastic face all converge in perfect harmony.
Keep your eye out for those charming low-budget details like the lingering camera on the sign for the botanical garden (presumably where the video is shot. Sponsorship!) and the children (of other people) running around behind the dancing girls.
