The new Bob Dylan film may be called I'm Not There, but Aussie hunk Heath Ledger is all there as he gives us a long-awaited big screen full frontal (those Brokeback outtakes, link NSFW don't really count, do they?).

In the scene, he's turning around nude in the mirror behind some woman sitting at her vanity. It's a brief but substantial moment! NSFW stills and video after the jump.
