!! OMG, the drama: Neil Patrick Harris !!

Sometimes I forget that television actors have other talents as well, like performing Broadway showtunes:

Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel of How I Met Your Mother Sing “Confrontation” from Les Miserables on the Megan Mullally Show.

  1. oh NPH sang Lee Harvey Oswald in the revival of Assassins!
    MMMM tasty!

  2. And people say there isn’t a gay agenda.

  3. As much as I Love NPH and Hannigan I could never get into this show but that clip was both awesome and hilarious.

  4. What a great clip! How I met your mother is a great show, if you haven’t seen it – similar to “Friends” in setting, but with a more mature theme and better acting. If you didn’t see the ep a few weeks ago where NPH’s character ends the show “blogging”, it’s a spoof on what he used to do at the end of “Doogie Howser”. Hysterical. Thanks for posting this wonderful clip of some very talented people.

  5. Not surprised, NPH always steals the show,tv, movie,or play, even going to White Castle! Funny, cute, sexy, makes me drool.

  6. Too funny. I bet the NPH has more talents than that…

  7. I haven’t actually seen NPH on TV (though, between him and Aly Hannigan, I really am tempted to start watching How I Met Your Mother). But he’s a fabulous theatre performer. I have a DVD of the Los Angeles Philharmonic concert performance of Sweeney Todd, where he played Tobias, as well as the 2004 Broadway cast album of Assassins, where he was the Balladeer. He’s my favourite actor in both roles (that is, I haven’t heard/seen anyone in either of those roles I like better).
