According to a new scientific study, living on the brink of starvation actually makes you live long and look younger! However, since most of us lazy fatties could never sustain such a lifestyle, there is the next best option, which is a compound called "resveratrol" that is found in certain red wines.
Unfortunately at the moment, you would have to drink 100 bottles a day in order to achieve the desired youth-preserving effects, but research is in motion to put enough resveratrol in capsule form so that we may all be YOUNG FOREVER! WAHAHAHAHA! (via FDF)
