The lesbians are marrying in California, and they're going high end: Dries Van Noten, Jil Sander, and Paul Smith for those who prefer suits, and a whole lot of Nicole Miller for the rest. Gay marriage in fact could be saving the sluggish retail season in California. (via WWD via The Cut)

Thank gawd somebody is bringing some fashion to the gay weddings -- it's certainly not the dudes! My two friends at least made an effort and bought matching shirts; but I actually saw two guys got married in raggedy T-shirts! So much for the myth that gay men have more style...
