!! OMG, sagger shooting !!
According to THE SMOKING GUN, an 18 year-old in Florida was shot after a 54 year-old man told him to pull up his pants. The young sagger was shot in the stomach but released from hospital in the same day. The shooter was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and could face drug charges for a rock of crack found on his person at the time of arrest.
Said the shooter:
This is bullshit, an innocent man is going to jail just because I was just protecting myself.
