When the American Family Association posts AP news articles in on its site, they replace all instances of the word "gay" with "homosexual," presumably to incite rage and discomfort (and sometimes boners) in their readers. The above cap illustrates one instance where homosexual auto-replace has gone hilariously wrong. (via RWW via Kottke via Kevin R.)
