Chris Cooley, tight end for the Washington Redskins, accidentally posted a photo of his penis for an entire day on his blog because he didn't realize it was in the frame of the photo, which also contained some sort of inscrutable football strategy. In his words:

All apologies from the website. We are very sorry that we showed a penis on our website all day yesterday. That was by no means our intention and we did not want to offend anyone. The picture wouldn't have been up for so long, but we were in the middle of winning a big game. Once again, this was a complete accident and we regret not reviewing the post more closely. Thanks.

The wording of the apology is funnier though. "We are very sorry that we showed a penis on our website all day...."
And why didn't he own up that it was his? 'A' penis, like it was some random dude.

Wow...I'm not huge but I sure hope if it's ever photographed and posted on a website, somebody doesn't have to give step by step instructions on how to zoom in to find it.

OOOHH! I see. That isn't the brown color of a table: those are his legs under the book, or rather under the "www" and the "net" of the link. OK. Yeah, I see it. It's harder to see that my black cat at night, so I really don't see the big deal. After being able to pick that out, I should be able to do those magic view things that were so popular in the 90s.

1-Click the pic so it opens up larger.
2-Then right click the picture and click save as and save it to the desktop.
3-Then open the picture. Then use the re-side tool in the software to double it two times. Then you will see the circumcised head and pee hole rather clearly. If you want to email me I can email the larger photo. Larry
