This has got to be my all-time favorite, "The Bare Dick Project": http://www.clubpapivod.com/dispatcher/movieDetail?movieId=4096&theaterId=43915&tab=Description

It includes interviews with townspeople (that are all drag queens) and a re-enactment of a "bare-dick" sighting by some college football players that need to earn some extra credit in their American history class.
