One listen of Kid Sister’s new single “Family Reunion” sent us scampering to our laptops to whip up a treatment for House Party 5: The New Sass. With its discofied beat (courtesy of producer Diplo) and guest rap from David Banner, the Chicago MC’s feel-good ode to eating fried chicken with grandma will have you pining for the the days of Heavy D and Urkel-O’s. The track will be included on her debut LP, Dream Date, due out on November 4.
