!! OMG, they want a bail-out: The porn industry !!
Larry Flynt and Joe Francis (creator of Girls Gone Wild) have announced that the porn industry needs $5 billion of taxpayer money "just in case." (Thanks to Jon for the tip!)
I might be supportive of it IF a bailout were for producers of decent porn, but then I expect those producers are in much less trouble. Porn is dirt cheap to make and still very profitable per unit. But video and the net are killing mags, and GGW isn't quite full-on porn is it? Maybe we could broker a bailout for porn producers in exchange for requiring them to put down the razors and at the least let men have some trimmed hair instead of shaving them down to look oddly prepubescent.
