!! OMG, Deep Red performs "Fun Girl"! !!
Regular readers of this blog will know that we love Nomi Ruiz, a vocalist from Hercules & Love Affair who has just started a new band called Deep Red with H&LA bandmates Andrew Raposo and Morgan Wiley. The trio have already recorded their first single, a slinky dance number called "Fun Girl", and are planning to release an album sometime this year. Two months ago they played their first gig at New York's La Poisson Rouge. If you haven't seen Nomi live yet, you should check out the video of Deep Red preforming "Fun Girl" above. (via The Fader)
