This ain't no fake - according to Snopes Sly really took it all off for a porno film before hitting it big:
New York City was the hub of U.S. porn film making. Stallone is the leading man in this X film, and he later acknowledged in a Playboy interview that he was paid $200 for his role. Unlike his efforts in later films, Stallone seems to have had no part in directing or producing Party at Kitty and Stud's.

I still can not get over from reading the comments how people still do not get that a penis can vary in length due to temperature and various states of arousel. I have read on other forums comments putting down his size in the earlier pics alluding he is small when in fact he is pretty dam big for flaccid. People tend to judge men too unfairly in the flaccid state.

I, too, am inclined to believe that the still from "Demolition Man" is real. In the final cut of the movie he is clearly naked during the reanimation scene—not wearing a modesty sock, not taped—so achieving the view seen in the above photo would only have been a matter of his standing up.

Actually, the last picture is not photoshoped. It is from 1993 movie "Demolition Man." The full frontal in the picture is part of a scene that was edited out of the movie, but was leaked to the internet.
It is unclear whether Stallone didn't want the full frontal to appear, but most likely producers were afraid of the typical backlash created by American prudish audiences, who would have been outraged to see a penis this blatant on the big screen.
The picture is 100% real.
