I have worked with special needs kids. They use the word retarded all the time. They use it to describe people like that chick.
They use it to describe people with no common sense. Or they use it to describe someone who does not know when people are being facetious.
Graydon: First use the word/s "fat suit" was sexist-degrading and unnecessary.
Second: The word "retarded" was also unnecessary. I work with adults with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. It is offensive to that population to use the word "retarded" as a way to insult another person.
