As someone who is a graphic artist by profession I was able to spot this as a fake right away. All you have to do is look at how disproportioned the neck area is, that's where his head was pasted on, they also smoothed and blended the two images together to the point where his neck has no detailing left. That plus the fact that the nude pic was taken with a flash camera which casts hard shadows while Drake's face is evenly lit. Hard to believe in this day and age people still think every bad Photoshop hack job they see on the net is real.
