!! OMG, how ingenious: Elephant Prosthetics !!
Motola the elephant lost her leg in 1999, but after a few years of testing, her owners were able to get her a prosthetic leg to walk on - which is no easy task considering she weighs three tonnes. I think my own parents would have me put down before they had to spend that much time and effort fixing me up.
