a few weeks ago, the onion ran an article about "cat congress" - it is very amusing, especially if you are a cat lover. i thought this photo of "general bonkers" was from that article, but it isn't. but it does look like something the onion would create. here is the link to the cat congress article: http://www.theonion.com/content/news/cat_congress_mired_in_sunbeam
