Portland Trailblazer Greg Oden may not be the handsomest player in the NBA, but he does have a giant penis! Of course he thought it would be a great idea to send naked cell-phone pics of himself to some totally reputable-seeming lady. Obviously they're here now. See them after the jump-- NSFW!

UPDATE: Unfortunately Greg Oden got shy and sent us a Cease and Desist, so we have taken down the photos. As they were self-portraits shot in the mirror, there's not really any arguing he doesn't own the rights to the images.

For now, you can still find them over at Tabloid Prodigy, but probably not for long.

@Patty: That's a strange interpretation of public domain. A photographer has the right to distribute an image he created to anyone he wants. But no one else has that right (unless so granted by the photographer). And putting an image on a web site IS publishing, regardless of format.

Actually, they became public domain when he sent them to his first intended recipient. That's why they warn people that want goes on the Internet, stays on the Internet. He has no legal grounds to threaten anyone for showing something he essentially gave to the entire world, which may be why "Tabloid Prodigy" has not taken them down.

Now, if they were photos taken for a magazine that someone else scanned and placed on the Internet, there would be a copyright violations because the magazine did not give authorization for anyone else to publish them.
