I don’t know how we missed this one earlier this year, but Jennifer Hudson sang what seems to be a very heartfelt rendition of “I Will Always Love You” to Whitney Houston at the BET Honors.
She had Whitney up out of her seat, but not actually in tears as gospel singer Kim Burrell achieved with her rendition of “I Believe In You And Me” which we blogged in February.
I’m just glad there was no scary zombie interlude.
I love Jennifer Hudson, but her eyes are dead in this performance. Actually, I notice her dead eyes in many performances.
