I don’t think the tattoos match up. The top of the standard pictures tattoo is a swirl. On the BJ picture its a cobra. Unless he radical changed his tattoo I would say, close but not him.
There is a great fascination amongst people to find naked pictures of celebs or images of them in compromising situations. This would count as compromising but I’m disappointed, because it’s not with and actual “famous” person, he’s not cute, he’s got horrible hair, he looks gross actually. Had this been John Travolta sucking cock and the guy who he was sucking was his purported lover, well then I too would go nuts.
