i don't know. Paula Deen's special Lasagna Sandwich seems okay, but in my opinion it would be better if it used two large pepperoni pizzas in place of the bread!

Maybe Pizza Hut (sister company to KFC, duh!) should get on this!?

Dear god...This is wrong on so many levels!! I would say who the hell would eat this, but I'm guessing plenty of people would!!

Holy mother of God! The best part of that whole video were the near-orgasmic grunting sounds she made as she was preparing to put the lasagna on the bread. Despite the fact that I don't think anyone could really get their mouth around that thing, I would eat it.

I still think the two worst things I've ever seen Paula Deen create were a hamburger (with egg and bacon) using donuts as the buns and a deep fried cheesecake with chocolate chunks rolled in powdered sugar covered in chocolate and strawberry glaze and topped with fresh cream.
