!! OMG, out: James Franco? !!

When a preview of Johnny Weir's book, Welcome To My World, in People revealed that he's gay "in a sexual way," the earth shook, mountains tumbled and queens everywhere gasped one giant gasp. Hardly revelatory.

But James Franco's recent cover-story interview with Entertainment Weekly is a different matter. The magazine asked him about the intentions behind his gay-themed body of work, to which he gave a surprising answer:

"Part of what I'm interested in is how these people who were living anti-normative lifestyles contended with opposition. Or, you know what, maybe I'm just gay."

Joke? Probably, but I'm not giving up hope yet!

My friend at Yale sometimes sees him at one of the Starbucks there hitting on the college girls and often leaving with them. Take that for what you will. I mean, it's James Franco. You pretty much have to.
