Karl Lagerfeld's promotional work for Magnum ice cream bars (have you seen those Rachel Bilson commercials? Weird) has taken a decidedly gay turn. Not only is he directing TV spots, but now he's fashioned a sculpture of his man-muse Baptiste Giabiconi out of chocolate. Yum?
