!! OMG, she's a fan of Henri-Georges Clouzot: Beyoncé !!
What do Beyoncé and Scissor Sisters have in common? They've both copied experimental sequences from Henri-Georges Clouzot's ill-fated Inferno for recent music videos. Much like the Sisters' "Invisible Light" clip, Bey pays homage to trippy shots of cinema icon Romy Schneider from the legendary director's never-completed film in the video for my future karaoke standard "1+1". (Specifically in the shots of her soaked in glitter, smoking and making out with the shower door.) To wit:
