Apparently, when you grow up as a Vanderbilt, you don't have to eat spinach and Brussels sprouts. It's all candy and scotch.

Well of course it's Slytherin, I mean slithery. There's no point in eating cooked spinach. It should be raw, in a salad, with some hard-boiled egg, shredded bacon and sliced mushrooms.

But it's amazing that he's never had coffee -- this means he is naturally that jittery all the time!
