Rick Perry basically proved himself the Texan doofus extraordinaire that most of us know him to be in this gaffe from the GOP MSNBC Presidential debates. The kook can't even name all three of the federal agencies he said he would eliminate in office. Bah! ...Then again, Michele Bachmann and Herman Cain are just as (if not more) fear-inducing candidates.
