Well, this is heartbreaking. James Clementi — Tyler Clementi’s gay older brother — gave an interview to Anderson Cooper 360, speaking out on TV for the first time about his brother’s suicide and the repercussions for his family. “I think about the epidemic suicide has become for gay youth and it breaks my heart. Every child that I’ve seen on the news since and before my brother’s death — he’s one of many, unfortunately and it needs to stop.”
