Kanye West is now the latest man to admit to loving Kim Kardashian -- which begs the question "How does she do it?!" (I think you already know the answer...). In the second verse of his track, "Theraflu," West says: "I admit I fell in love with Kim / Around the same time she fell in love with him / Well that's cool baby girl / Do your thing / Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team." Ooooh, Kris Humphries sure felt that one!

In other Kanye news, this blurry sexy-time picture (link NSFW) may or may not be Mr. West -- and if it is, will Kim be jealous? (Thanks, Kevin!)
