First the pop star showed up on The Soup to fish Doritos off Joe Manganiello's fake-fatty stomach, and now she's back on E! in the this clip as a guest panelist for Fashion Police. Interesting, too, isn't it that Joan Rivers (with rainbow hair!) keeps asking her to comment on fellow-performer Madonna's tour costumes? Not that Kylie shies from letting her opinion be known.
