All I see is painted trash. Quite possibly the most ludicrous casting choice in history.
Yeah, I still see Lilo, just painted up to look like Liz. Not like whats-her-face when she did Marilyn, Dawson’s Creek girl whose name I can’t be bothered to google, she actually looked the part. Lilo, not so much. She doesn’t have the bone structure, and she’s also far too slender. Liz was much more buxom, not quite voluptuous but definitely more meaty. Pair that with Lilo’s at-best mediocre acting, and this movie isn’t going anywhere.
Not Lindsay’s worst look ever, although she’s managing at 20-something to look more or less exactly like Joan Crawford at 55. And not one thing like Dame Elizabeth, at any age.
