Apparently, Amanda Bynes is determined to do illegal things while driving her car. The actress spent Tuesday behind the wheel of her BMW bumming around LA and smoking pot from a pipe designed like a car cigarette lighter. Oh, and does it make a difference that Bynes has a suspended license, on top of everything else? She better be glad TMZ busted her and not the police… again.
