I can't believe I'm about to say this, but Dr. Phil's upcoming interview with Lindsay Lohan's much-vilified mother Dina looks like it's gonna be a doozy. Finally, finally someone is taking this woman to task over her blatant lack of parenting skills -- and who better to lay down the smack than Oprah's #1 big-mouthed baldy?
