Hideaki Kobayashi has attended anime and gaming-cons for over a decade, taking photos of the various humanised versions of anime characters and I guess his toy camera slipped and all these photos of this cutsie pigtailed sailor-girl came out and then the nautical-lady-kid slipped and out popped pigtailed codger Kobayashi himself, complete with sailor-femme outfit and INDEX FINGER TWISTING DIMPLES.
