2016 has been a bitch of a year for taking so many great artists from us, and it didn’t stop this week when news broke last night that iconic singer George Michael had graced us with his last Christmas, and passed away at just 53!
The singer is said to have died from heart failure in his bed at home while sleeping. He is said to have not been sick, but had actually been working on a Showtime movie of his life that was set to air in England next March.
George sold over 100 Million records worldwide during the span of his career and also graced us with… wait for it… the FIRST Carpool Karaoke ever with James Corden! He truly set the bar high! RIP, George!
He was a talent like no other. His ballads were thought provoking, sincere and spoke to so many. His dance tunes were melodic, infectious club hits. He was philanthropic and kind hearted. He was gorgeous till the end. He will be missed.
